The traditional sausage of Germany, our signature Bratwurst XXL Popular all year round, especially at Christmas. The perfect German BBQ sausage. Natural casing for the perfect snap when eating. Combine these Bratwurst XXL with some real German Ketchup and a sprinkle of Curry Powder Spezial to make your own traditional Currywurst at home this winter.

Product handling

Cooking times

5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen

Cooking instructions

Hint: For best results we recommend defrosting the sausages at least 24 hours before.

Then: Choose your preferred method, we suggest: Grill, griddle, oven or frying.

Leave to cook for around 6 mins, turning every couple of mins to get an even spread of colour. Enjoy and serve!

Shelf life

When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.
