Mix your mayonnaise with a little mild curry powder
Toast your flaked almonds
Soak your golden sultanas in boiling water to plump them up
Pan fry your Schnitzel in oil until golden and crispy
Toast your Pretzel bun
Add a little mango chutney and shredded lettuce to the bun
Slice your pan-fried schnitzel and pile into the Pretzel bun
Heap with a generous portion of the curry mayo, sultanas and toasted almonds
Top with fresh coriander and a big squeeze of lemon
