Ingredients

  • 1 Vienna Beef Frankfurter
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 Cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • Cook the sliced frankfurters over medium heat until browned. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing them down slightly.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns, then layer the cooked frankfurters and shredded cheese on top.
  • Optionally, sprinkle chopped green onions for added flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
