Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 4 Chopped Chilli Beef Frankfurters
  • 4 Slices of Whole-grained bread
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes, for a spicy finish

Instructions

  • Toast the whole-grain bread slices until golden and crispy.
  • In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped chilli beef frankfurters until heated through and slightly crispy, about 5 minutes.
  • Spread the seasoned avocado mixture generously over each slice of toasted bread.
  • Top each toast with the sautéed frankfurters, distributing them evenly.
  • Sprinkle fresh cilantro and red pepper flakes on top for extra flavour and a pop of colour.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy brunch creation!
