Please inform us if you did not receive your parcel as expected. The insulated packaging will usually keep food frozen (when applicable) for 48 hours but, in rare cases and in warm conditions, the delivery may no longer be appropriate for consumption.

In circumstances like these we are usually happy to provide an exchange or refund without any hassle. We can only do this, if we hear from you in a timely manner. So please help us minimize food wastage and get in touch as soon as you can!

Someone must be available to take delivery of your item wherever possible. We use a signed for or safe place system. We cannot be held responsible for any parcel that has gone missing after someone has not been available to sign for it during the delivery window. We take no responsibility for any parcel left in your specified safe place, should it go missing after delivery. Please note that a bin is not a safe place.

Once an order has already been processed and packed, we are unable to add forgotten items to an order without increasing the delivery cost to you.

You can choose a delivery date up to 30 days in advance. Below you can find the standard delivery times offered by our courier company.
