The following information is valid for orders made in this online shop only.
Minimum Order Value
- All overs must meet our minimum order value of £125* for standard delivery.
- Orders below this value cannot be processed.
*Extra fees apply to extended delivery areas. (No international deliveries)
How your order is shipped

All frozen products are dispatched frozen in insulated packaging to preserve temperature during transit.

For most orders, the insulated packaging will maintain frozen condition for up to 48 hours under normal delivery conditions.
Bakery Products

All bakery products are dispatched frozen, just like our sausages and other frozen items.

Due to the nature of bakery products, they are more susceptible to temperature changes during transit and may occasionally arrive partially defrosted, even though they leave us frozen.

If bakery products arrive defrosted, they should be refrigerated on receipt and used within the stated shelf life. We do not recommend refreezing once defrosted.

Will my delivery arrive frozen?

We aim to deliver all products frozen, but in rare cases, items may arrive partially defrosted due to transit conditions.

Bakery products are more likely to be affected due to their delicate nature, sausages and other frozen meats are usually unaffected.

If your delivery arrives partially defrosted:

Check that items are cool to the touch.

Refrigerate immediately and consume within the shelf life provided.

Do not refreeze once defrosted (especially bakery items).

If you have any concerns about the condition of your delivery, contact us immediately. We offer a hassle-free exchange or refund where appropriate.
Large & Palletised Orders

Orders that exceed our standard van delivery limits will be delivered on pallets.

Palletised orders may require access for a forklift or pallet truck and may have specific delivery slot requirements.

Delivery lead times for palletised orders may differ from standard orders, please allow additional time when planning large deliveries.

Safe receipt of your parcel

Someone should be available to receive delivery wherever possible. We use a signed‑for or safe‑place delivery system. We cannot be responsible for parcels left unattended (e.g., left in a bin).

If your parcel is delayed or left uncollected such that the packaging is compromised or items have thawed significantly, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery timing & scheduling

You can choose your desired delivery date up to 30 days in advance, please refer to the delivery schedule below.

For palletised orders, available delivery slots may differ. If in doubt, contact our customer service team for confirmation.

We cannot guarantee next‑day delivery to all UK postcodes. Orders to non-standard delivery zones will be subject to our extended delivery terms.

If any items appear to have thawed more than expected on delivery, or you have any quality concerns, please contact us straight away. We are happy to offer either an exchange or a refund, your satisfaction matters to us.
