What length and weights are your sausages?
Our sausages range in size from mini sausages at around 8cm, to standard sizes of 25cm, and up to footlong (30cm) depending on the style. In terms of weight, they go from 20g mini sausages, to 110g Jumbo sausages, and up to 200g for our largest footlong options. Check the individual product pages for exact details.

Yes – we produce footlong versions of the Bratwurst and Krakauer sausages.
Can you make custom sausage sizes?
Absolutely. We can create custom lengths and weights for most sausages. Minimum order volumes apply – contact us to discuss.
Do you supply anything other than sausages?
Yes! We’re so much more than sausages. Alongside our full range of authentic German sausages, we also offer traditional German meats like pork knuckles and Frikadelle (German pork burgers), plus sauerkraut, pretzels, sauces, toppings, and accessories to complete your menu.
Please note: some non-sausage items are only available when ordered with sausages.
How do you sell the sausages: by packs or cases?
Most sausages are available in packs of 10, and larger orders can be supplied by the case.
Cooking Instructions
Can your sausages be cooked from frozen?
Yes, but we recommend defrosting first for even heating. If cooking from frozen, use a lower heat for longer to ensure the inside is fully warmed.
What’s the best way to cook the sausages?
-
Natural casing sausages (like Bratwurst): BBQ or gas grill for the best flavour.
-
Hot Dogs & vegan sausages: Gently simmer in water or use a bain-marie.
-
All sausages can also be oven-baked, pan-fried, or boiled. They’re pre-cooked, so safe to eat cold, but heating enhances the taste.
