- Extra saucy hot dog sauceCreate the sauce for your Snail Bratwurst Sausage Burger. Use the Homann – Hot Dog Sauce as the base. Blend with a dash of ketchup, mustard, spring onion and pickled paprika. Combined with your lettuce, add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for a special kick. Add your sauce mix to the bottom of the bun.
- Layer up the sausage burgerPlace your cooked snail sausage with melted cheese on top of the saucy lettuce. Layer up with some crispy fried onions and pickled vegetables.
