Ingredients

  • 1 Bratwurst Snail Sausage
  • 1 Pretzel Burger Bun
  • 100 g Lamb Weston Wedge Cut
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 15 g Hot Dog Sauce
  • Ketchup a dash
  • Mustard a dash
  • Spring Onion a dash
  • Pickled Paprika a dash
  • Soy Sauce a dash
  • Worchester Sauce a dash
  • Lettuce to fill the bun
  • Pickled Vegetables a few
  • Crispy Fried Onions a sprinkle
  • Pea Shoots for garnish

Instructions

  • Cheesy Snail Bratwurst
Start with grilling your Bratwurst snail sausages. Cook for around 3-4 minutes then add the slices of cheddar cheese on top. Pop back under the grill and let the cheese melt. Meanwhile slightly toast the burger bun.
  • Extra saucy hot dog sauce
Create the sauce for your Snail Bratwurst Sausage Burger. Use the Homann – Hot Dog Sauce as the base. Blend with a dash of ketchup, mustard, spring onion and pickled paprika. Combined with your lettuce, add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for a special kick. Add your sauce mix to the bottom of the bun.
  • Layer up the sausage burger
Place your cooked snail sausage with melted cheese on top of the saucy lettuce. Layer up with some crispy fried onions and pickled vegetables. And as always add something pleasing to the eye, in this case some pea shoots. Close the bun up, add your wedge cuts to the side and you are ready to serve.
