The classic Christmas dishes are a meat with gravy and sides. However, we have a few alternative festive additions for you to consider!
Currywurst
Germany’s Fish & Chips. Classic and simple, everyone alywas loves a Currywurst.
All you need is 3 simple ingredients
- Bratwurst / Krakauer (or you can use the VW Currywurst pictured)
- Curry Ketchup
- Curry Powder
Grill the sausages until crispy, cut into small chunks. Smoother in curry ketchup and add the curry powder over the top. You are then ready to serve.
Festive Venison Sausage
Served with Bratkartoffeln and red cabbage
Grill the Venison Sausages for a few minutes, they are ready as soon as the meat swells and the natural skin starts to split.
Meanwhile heat up the bratkartoffeln in a pan until crispy.
Serve alongside with red cabbage and you have a hearty Christmas dish ready to serve.

Christmas Pork Schnitzel
Served with Bratkartoffeln and a sald garnish
Pan fry the Schnitzel in hot oil over medium heat until golden.Â
Meanwhile prepare the Bratkartoffeln heating up until golden and crispy.Â
Serve the schnitzel with a side of Bratkartoffeln and a choice a salad for garnish.
