Pork 62.2%, drinking water, bacon, iodized nitrite curing salt: [salt, preservative: (E 250), potassium iodate], spice preparation: [spices, dextrose, salt, aroma], cutter additives: [salt, stabilizer: (E 331), hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP), antioxidant: (E 300)], cellulose – artificial intestine, smoke.

Product handling

Cooking times

5 minutes from chilled. 10 minutes from frozen.

Cooking instructions

Remove artificial casing! Grill, Griddle, Oven, Microwave, Bain Marie, Steamer, Deep and Shallow Fry.

Shelf life

When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.

Safety

The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.

    Wow! this hot dog is simply the best and lives up to the hype and the reviews. Incredible smooth texture from high quality pork with a delicious flavour of curry and spices coming through, which is moorish but not overpowering.
    They are honestly the best hot dog / frankfurter I’ve ever tasted. VW sign-written plastic wrapped on them keeps them very fresh.
    The only product @ Sausage Man that can knock the Cheese Krakauer Frankfurter off the No.1 spot!!
    Will buy these with every order, no doubt.
    Don’t forget to try the VW Currywurst Ketchup too!

    I’ve spent half my life living in Niedersachsen and currywurst is my favourite sausage ?
    I was so happy to finally find a place to purchase currywurst. For years I have had to make do with different versions of currywurst using traditional bratwurst or bockwurst.
    These are delicious and accompanied with a homemade warm curry ketchup and pommes This dish will become our new DIY German takeaway. I will be trying different ways of cooking these to find our favourite way but there is no doubt that these will become a regular order for our house.
