The Lancaster Hall Hotel has been supplied by The Sausage Man for many years. We use their cold meats for our breakfast buffet, sausages and other meats for many of our restaurant meals and functions and also the whole range of German products that they offer such a German mustard and sauerkraut. The quality is first class and they are completely reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Occasionally we have special requests that are not part of their standard range and they will go out of their way to source these for us from Germany.

Footscray Rugby Club wanted to put on an event for players and families with an Oktoberfest theme. We enlisted the help of the Sausage Man, who advised us on a menu, and provided us with every thing we needed to make the event a success. Due to the fact that we had never done this before, and did not know numbers until around a week before, we were not able to confirm our order until the very last minute. Michael, Charles and the team were great, the delivered to the door 24 hours before the event, including all the decorations to make the party go with a swing. Communication was great, and they even gave us a call on the night to wish us luck. The event was a great success, and we are already planning to repeat it next year!

I recently had an emergency sausage situation, my usual butcher let me down 24 hours before we were due to open up in the Kensington Olympia for the Eat & Drink Christmas festival. So I turned to The Sausage Man to help me out; and they delivered on all fronts. The pragmatic approach that my situation was dealt with was a breath of fresh air. In the space of 18 hours my order was confirmed, processed and delivered to me at the Kensington Olympia with time spare, for me to set up ahead of the grand opening. Just wanted to say thanks for the great service and products from The Sausage Man. Everything arrived as promised on Tuesday and it was all demolished by 9.00am Wednesday at our ‘charity hot dog breakfast..’ Fantastic frankfurters, bratwurst and chilli beef sausages, absolutely top quality, and the trays, pre-cut fresh bread rolls and sauces etc made the job effortless. It couldn’t have been better, fantastic!
Sausageman’s Rostbratwurst and Leberkäs have become an indispensable part of our german Church’s big events such as our summer fète and the German Adventsmarket in Cambridge. The Germans amongst us do love a proper well grilled sausage of high quality and many are glad, that you can have even Leberkäs in this country! The English as well as others, too, find it excellent and just love it. Good taste, great quality, friendly and quick service – can’t do other but recommend the Sausage Man!
