Gyoza Style Sausage Roll Recipe
In this final episode of Sausage and Egg, George Egg treats us to a Gyoza style sausage roll recipe. But what links two flavours? Gyoza is pork mince with ginger, spring onion, garlic, cabbage etc, wrapped in a thin wheat-based pastry/pasta parcel. Sounds similar to the classic party snack, a sausage roll. Therefore George Egg has combined the Gyoza flavours with a sausage roll adding a Gyoza-style dipping sauce on the side.
Upgraded Bar Snack
Who doesn’t love a sausage roll? Wherever you are a sausage roll is always a go to snack, but this time we are enhancing the flavours. Perfect for a bar snack, canape or you can even create full size rolls and serve as an entire meal. With the added extra of the Gyoza style dipping sauce, this dish will soon become a moreish favourite with your customers.
