Being handmade, these sausages vary in size, shape and pack size, giving that perfect authentic and rustic look.

Product handling

Shelf life

When goods are received, please store in freezer immediately and defrost the items before using. Once defrosted, keep the items chilled, if unopened use with 14 days. Once opened, use the products within a few days.

Safety

The sausage is 100% pre-cooked, just heat and serve or even eat cold. Risk free.

    Superb beef Frankfurter, the best I’ve had hands down.
    Much easier to get hold of beef franks in American and Europe, until the sausage man made these available to me. The high quality meat and good seasoning, combined with the natural casing result in a brilliant textured frank with delicious flavour. Especially when fried or BBQ’d.
    Really enjoy eating these cold from fridge cut thin slices too, or in a sandwich.
    Great flavour hot or cold, just amazing!

    Served these the same way as I served the mini pork frankfurters, with a poached egg and some sauerkraut, I can’t decide on a favourite between the two, but both they are lovely.
