Superb take on the crispy onion, coated in flour and fried to perfection. Very useful topping for most people, there not for everyone though! Putting a topping on a hot dog in a soft roll that is crispy like this changes the dynamic of a hot dog rather a lot. Try them and see what people think 🙂
