  • 1 cup Good-quality mayonnaise (homemade or premium store-bought)
  • 1-2 tbsp Truffle Oil (adjust to taste)
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • Freshly ground Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise and truffle oil
  • Stir in the salt, pepper and minced garlic
  • Start with 1 tablespoon of truffle oil, then add more if you want a stronger aroma and flavour.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavours meld.
