Cooking Instructions
After preheating stove (120 °C/60 % moisture), put the frozen product next to each
other onto a GN-tray and heat for approx. 20 minutes, afterwards heat the product for
another 5 – 7 minutes at 200 °C/20 % moisture until the desired degree of browning.

Put 9 – 10 deep-frozen Spare Ribs into a 1/1 GN-tray (100 mm depth) an heat at 120
°C/60 % moisture for 60 minutes, remove the developed broth and heat the product
for another 5 minutes at 200 °C/20 % moisture.
